Step 1
We have a quick phone call to discuss your situation. 15 minutes on the phone is enough for us to see whether we can help you own a home!

Step 2
You fill out a form with some details about your income, renting history, and a few other items. Using this information, we get the green light to move you to step 3.
Step 3
We go house shopping! Together we will find a house in the right price range in a neighbourhood you would like to live in, and we buy it. Then you move in -- as our tenant for now.

Step 4
You follow the arranged payment schedule (which includes rent that you pay us monthly, plus an additional monthly payment). When the agreed-upon term is up (usually 3 - 5 years) and you’ve stuck to the full payment schedule, it’s time for you to officially become a homeowner.
Step 5
We sell you the house, using the money you put aside as a down payment. You continue making mortgage payments and we heartily congratulate you on reaching your goal of home ownership!
