Santos is a local business owner and passionate advocate for helping people feel at home:  he’s lived in 4 different countries and has helped dozens of people find a great place to stay. He’s made the Kitchener- Waterloo region his home and befriends people here from all over the world.  He is comfortable with different cultures, and especially loves helping those who are new to Canada feel welcome and established.

He’s a graduate of the Legacy Elite education program, when he learned how to help families move from renting to owning their own home in 4 years or less.  He has seen members of his own family fall into a desperate housing situation and is committed to helping others avoid the same experience through his knowledge and connections.

As an owner and operator of his own mechanic shop, he learned the importance of understanding customer needs.  As a father of two beautiful girls, he knows how great it feels to be proud of your home as it’s the place where your family’s memories are made.  

Santos loves active and healthy living, and is an avid Cross-fitter and soccer player.   He believes in juicing, fresh foods, and having a positive mindset to support good mental and emotional health as well.  When he throws a party, he is sure to have lots of salsa music on hand, and make everyone feel welcome!
